We will be closed on Wednesday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day. Regular hours resume on Thursday, July 5.



After you place your order, we process and pack within 48 hours. You’ll receive an email shipping confirmation with a tracking number when it’s ready to head out to its final destination.

We ship via the US Postal Service. You’ll be able to track your package from the time it leaves Nashville until it arrives at its final destination. 

In order to estimate the total time it will take from the moment you place the order until it is delivered, please make sure to add our 48-hour processing time to your calculation.


We can manage returns on broken or defective merchandise within 7 days of package receipt. To request a return label:

1. send an email to info@jollifrogs.com letting us know the reason for a return.
2. include your order number and shipping address for the order
3. we'll email you a return label for you to send back the original item and refund you within 48 hours (less the cost of the return shipment).
